Our returns and refunds policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. Certain types of products are non-returnable.
No returnables additional items:
- Gift cards.
- Downloadable items or content.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Additionally, we may ask for your order number and will attempt to verify its validity in our database.
Please never forward the product to the address it came from without first consulting and being confirmed by our support team; they will tell you how to proceed.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a specified timeframe.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received your refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Next, contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially recorded.
Next, contact your bank. There is usually a processing time before the refund is credited.

Items for sale
With the exception of the current introductory offer, only full-priced items are eligible for return. Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at help@nohappyforever.com attaching images of the product in question and the damage it presents. Our team will contact you as soon as possible and tell you how to proceed (resending the item to the indicated place, or other options).
Return shipments
To return your product, first contact our support team at help@nohappyforever.com, stating the reason for return.
Depending on the reason, you will be told how to proceed with the return, and whether it will be at the buyer's expense or not.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
The time it takes for the replacement product to arrive may vary depending on your location.
If you are returning higher-value items, we recommend using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
