General Information

Our returns and refunds policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. Certain types of products cannot be returned.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Additionally, we may only request the order number and will attempt to verify its validity in our database.

Please never send the product back to the address it came from without first consulting and receiving confirmation from our support team. They will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email notification confirming receipt. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not yet received your refund, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is credited.

Sale Items

With the exception of the current initial launch promotion, only regular-priced items may be returned. Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at help@nohappyforever.com and attach images of the product in question and the damage it presents. Our team will contact you as soon as possible and provide instructions on how to proceed (returning the item to the indicated location or offering other available options).

Return Shipping

To return your product, first contact our support team at help@nohappyforever.com, indicating the reason for the return.

Depending on the reason, you will be informed how to proceed with the return and whether the shipping costs will be covered by the buyer or not.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

The time it may take for your replacement product to reach you may vary depending on your location.

If you are returning higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
